INTERPRETATION In these articles unless there be something in the subject or context inconsistent there with-
|
(a) "The Act" means the companies act. 1956 (Central Act. 1 to 1956)
(b) "Board" means The Board of Directors for the time being of the company.
(c) By Laws" means the by laws which may be made by The Directors of the company under these articles and which may for the time being be in force
